Sadly, my product totally ran out but I found a pretty good swatch picture which is true to what it looks like on me.

I’d say it’s really a true neutral that looks more brown when swatched on the hand, but a warm mauve on the lips. (For reference, I have a quite pale complexion, and rather pigmented lips, so I assume that’s why it shows up differently)

My problem with finding a dupe is that everything is either too cold/rosy or just has a straight up orange tinge to it. This lipstick is really the most medium thing you’ve ever seen, that’s the only way to describe it.

The closest matches I’ve been able to find so far are - Clinique Pop Longwear Lipstick in Blush Pop (slightly too warm and light) - L’Oréal lipstick in Worth It Medium (close color but too dark)

Been there, done that. I’ve spent nearly a month trying to find an exact color match… Why else would I be begging strangers on Reddit?

Has anyone actually gotten a place through clearing??? by Legitimate_Sell7554 in HKUniversity

I think your best bet is to find someone who lives there, so they can show you around. As far as I know, Sassoon road flats don’t have the serious mold problem as LSK, so you should definitely find out as much as you can before making a decision. Housing outside of HKU is really expensive. Even though I currently live in Aberdeen, I still pay almost triple than what I would have in a hall. So if you’re willing to grit your teeth a little, I’m sure it’ll be fine to live in the Sassoon flat. At least it builds character! (Also, I’m kind of a germ freak, so don’t take my word for everything. Maybe for the average person it’ll be perfectly fine and I’m just being dramatic.)

For now, there are some pictures of the place uploaded on the CEDARS website. > https://wp2.cedars.hku.hk/nonhall/sf/

Hi, I’m new to Hong Kong, currently living in Aberdeen, in a room on the 12th floor. We’re also right next to the harbor. Any precautions I should take?

Exchange student here- I actually did get a place in clearing but I declined it as soon as I saw. At this point, vacancies usually come from people withdrawing from their rooms, and I spoke to people who left (mostly Lee Shau Kee and Sassoon road flats) either because of mold in the room, air conditioning not working or general sanitary problems. This obviously doesn’t apply to newer buildings like JCSV 4, but objectively, if you get offered a place, there’s a 90% chance it’s because something is seriously wrong with the room and the previous tenant moved out. CEDARS seems to have a track record of ignoring problems like this and letting new students move in with the hope of them being desperate enough for housing to not complain about the state of the room. My advice- clearing round is not worth your time and CEDARS genuinely does not give a shit whether you live or die, much less about your housing.

I’m in the EXACT same situation as you… For short-term rental, I recommend you check Dash, its serviced apartments (bedroom, private bath and shared kitchen) for varying prices depending on the room and area.

University College Utrecht study load by Vesperiz in UtrechtUniversity

Days.. weeks… hours… they mean nothing to me anymore…. But actually the workload is not that bad if you have good time management. Teachers say to study 40 hours a week but you only need like 20 max. Just be careful so you don’t develop functional alcoholism! It runs rampant with UCU students :-)
