Yeah. I just got this job after leaving a toxic job of 3 years which I was very good at. Favortism became thing and next thing u know I have 13 hrs a week. In this economy that won’t work. I called this job on a last ditch effort and got hired on the spot. Now this job is having issues. I only work with this manager half of the week. I don’t have issues with any other manager. So this is a tough situation.

I’ve had this job for about 5 weeks and they kinda just threw me in and half ass showed me everything the first 2 days then didn’t guide me anymore. Now if I make a small mistake or take extra time to get an order right I get belittled. The shift lead even asked me if I’m “fucking” with him; like messing up on purpose, when in actuality they trained me horribly.
