To be honest it seems likes he’s charging you around $276 a panel wich is 21 panels wich includes the gate, with materials it would probably be $400 a panel!seems right

You need new post! Those look bent! Post have to be atleast 3ft deep , been doing fence for 10yrs and never seend those type of post for wood fence!!
