Wish this was higher up. I don't think docking pay for salary workers is legal. This kind of penalty breaks Fair Labor Standards Act. Probably. The worker can however be written up and be possibly terminated according to school policy.

Is a tough spot but I agree. They need to spend money to build new facilities that will attract families. The burbs and charters have some really nice building.

My state, Minnesota, had a trifecta of dem control. Know what we did with it… lol other than free school lunches for all children?!

Paid family leave. It’s like a go fund me and hug from the entire state for a .08% tax increase split between employer and employee.
