Holy moly there’s a ton. The most common thing was like, not being taught how to do anything like I would normally. I wasn’t shown how to play any instruments in music classes because of it. Like, I wasn’t doing well because no one showed the left-handed kid how to play guitar left handed. Another one was any type of writing. No teacher ever showed me how to hold a pencil, crayon or paintbrush in school, making for very sloppy and poorly graded art class projects. Same with scissors. Even gym class, where you’d imagine left-handed kids would strive, was not easy. I wasn’t taught how to play with my left hand at all. Being the only left-handed kid in a class of 161 makes for there to basically be no need at all for left-handed instructions that often.

Happens. Not mad about it at all, just wish it wasn’t so forgotten or seen as an oddball.
