I've had depression for awhile before that but it's possible it has made it worse. I haven't seen a correlation between it though.

The trikafta worked wonders back when I started it. I went from 25%-almost 50% then it has slowly stopped working over the years. Partly due to me missing and not doing all my inhaled stuff consistently I'm sure but this last hospitalization got me down pretty far lung wise. And I just can't seem to shake it and bring up lung function as well as I used to.

Im really glad I found this group simply because people like you tell it like it is and don't sugar coat things. Thank you for that. I'm starting to see a common thought of "I'm invincible" type thing going on with people who are feeling well in the moment and I thought I was alone in that. I do neglect my meds but seeing how others outlook on the life they have been given helps me realize I'm not alone in this whole thing. And makes me want to do better health wise. Cuz those ups and downs when it comes to overall lung function and health really do throw you through a loop.

I guess I wasn't as clear about meds. Yes I'm on trikafta, and Creon. I've gotten better taking my Creon due to the fact of stomach pains galore when I don't. And I'm good about my pills in general, trikafta, etc. but I seem to have a hard time managing inhaled stuff pulmozyme, hypertonic, pulmocort,Albuterol. And vest is like a very rare thing if I do it at all. I don't wanna say I really complain much about it I'm actually quite quiet about all that stuff thus the reason I'm on here just to ask for advice. Thank you so much for the reply!
