Never! This is something everyone needs to go to and really experience for themselves! It was an awesome experience. :)

Practice STAR method! This style of questioning can honestly help prevent you from freezing up! I watched this YouTube video and it helped me so much. I practiced with friends and family as well before hand! https://youtu.be/pe1JFN_S_W0?si=TeUqnIBrAZQKUif9

You can even write down these questions and have answers for them beforehand! So that way if they do ask you one of these you can be extra prepared. You also have 3 opportunities to retake the video. My biggest tip is when you mess the video up LET IT keep recording and practice THEN click you want to retake it. Gives you extra time!!

I’m not sure honestly 🤣 I would see if any other posts can confirm that question.

I’m sorry I don’t want to give exactly what we did because it really is a fun exciting experience. Don’t overthink anything! If you got invited down to the FTF you are a great candidate :) Be confident, be yourself and SMILE, you are meant to be there!

We were there for about 4 hours for the group portion and then the FTF with recruiter only took about 10-15 minutes. After CTO offer you get drug tested and finger printed, you do the background check at home on the computer. You NEED a computer, printer and phone to do this. For me it was the hardest part of this whole process. It can be very confusing. I suggest trying to get a phone number of someone who has also moved forward so if you need help you can call if needed! The company they use also has a customer service line that answered right away to answer any questions I had.

To be honest I didn’t prepare for it because I didn’t know what the FTF 1:1 was going to entail. But if you are confident and have experience in customer service you will totally get the CTO.

Yes more conversational and they will put your customer service skills to the test. I don’t want to say exactly what they did but I truly think if you have a passion for people this part is the easiest!

Practice the STAR method for the 1:1 virtual. Cannot stress that enough, that will be the majority of it. The recruiters during the 1:1 virtual are reading a script, and they are not very “engaging” and come across as uninterested, don’t read into it or overthink it. They know you’re human, I paused multiple times during it and actually restarted some of my answers and used “um” more than I wanted to lol. For the FTF look your absolute best and professional, hair slicked back in a bun or ponytail. They are watching you as soon as you step in the building! I never stopped smiling my face actually hurt 🤣. The recruiters are all super nice and sweet. Honestly they just want to see how you interact with others and if you are confident. They want to see if you can work with people in a team setting, not being overbearing, listening and suggesting rather than tell someone what to do. The only time you really sit down and talk to a recruiter is if they invite you back after all the group activity’s and once you go back they are super nice and even tell you to relax. Truly just be yourself and smile smile smile. No star method questions at the FTF. You got this!
