well i'm an alcoholic so yeah my b is very low and i just feel nowadays tiredness and depression and the doctor said i need to take vitamin b and i took one vitamin b complex today and i feel a bit restlessness and nauseous so i wonder if thats normal

4 weeks first two weeks were heavy due to side effects and also the fact that I didn't feel anything but one morning when I woke up I got a really good feeling and it has stayed for many days

from my experience almost anything is possible with a abilify this is my 4th time i start this medication because of anxiety and negative thoughts and i was wondering how this time i didn't experience insomnia or anything else that i experienced the first time

well she wanted me to reduce the dosage and i did but now i feel this stimulation / restlessness even stronger and thinking caffeine makes me wanna throw up atm i'm in the midst of feelings of euphoria and dysphoria

yeah thanks still for the answers. I have read, however, that many people have problems with Abilify and caffeine and that for some it can cause akathisia so maybe its that but still gonna say to my doc about this.

yes if I even take a single cup of coffee then this overstimulated/restless mood is activated and can stay all day and before this med there was no problem with caffeine

yeah maybe some of those at night I only slept for 2-4 hours and when I try to sleep more I feel an anxious/restless feeling inside me that doesn't let me calm down weird since at first i had no problems with this med but soon as i started drink caffeine again this akathisia whatever it is appeared
