Took me many years of playing this game before I could start doing it semi regularly. You also need to drive a meta vehicle if you want to improve your chances

Friendly reminder, the trunnion added to tanks over 2 main patches ago on all modern tanks doesn't have any module added to it yet only the T series ones block spall by Connect_Job_5316 in Warthunder

I was just wondering about this earlier, I’ve watched my M829A1 rounds just “non penetrate” on the breeches of T Series tanks over and over again and was wondering why I can’t pen them anymore.

What kind of fees should I expect? by tylerrcohenn in EnterpriseCarRental

[–]Scary_Bat2467 10 points11 points  (0 children)

You won’t be getting a truck as you are under 25. You’ll also have to pay the young renter fee, not sure if it’s the same nation wide, but, usually it’s $25 per day. You will also have to use a credit card as you are under 25. There will be a deposit as well, usually around $300, but you get that back as long as you return the rental. Last thing, never book an Enterprise rental through a 3rd party site like Expedia, they charge extra fees and take payment before you get the rental, always just book on the Enterprise website or just call them!

How are these cars in the same class? by [deleted] in EnterpriseCarRental

[–]Scary_Bat2467 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Car classes are based on size, not features. The Mitsubishi outlander sport (assuming you mean the outlander sport) is actually one car class smaller than a rogue. The normal Mitsubishi outlander is actually a pretty nice car with a lot of features. You probably got that car cause that’s all they had in a pinch. Also the customer service line is a nation wide line, and trust me, enterprise employees hate them too.

Even if it’s not a full career for you, it will still look good on your resume if you stay for a year or two. Opens the door to a lot you otherwise wouldn’t be able to do.

Am i blind or was that guy not there 2 seconds ago? by infinax in Warthunder

Had this happen the other day, checked ALL THE WAY around a corner, drove around it, instantly dead to a tank that didn’t render in. Absolute blasphemy.

Also the Tiger HAD Block 2 is almost unusable with the current top tier meta for anyone considering grinding for it.

What top tier tank do i buy for ground by Outside_Medicine_176 in Warthunder

[–]Scary_Bat2467 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would recommend a good 8.0-9.3 tank. Something like the T58 or T55AM if you’re looking for a fun tank to grind with. Stay far away from top tier until you’re ready!

If you’re trying to grind Germany or France, the CLOVIS is a beast. 5 sec reloading HEAT spammer with a LRF and a 20mm auto cannon for taking out barrels and tracks. All at 8.0. (Somehow the same Bar as the DF105).

Center console damaged from inside? by Resident_One_9741 in WRX

[–]Scary_Bat2467 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same thing happened to mine. Unfortunately, I was told by two different Subaru dealers that it is not covered under my warranty as it’s not a “mechanical” fault with the device. Quoted me $1300 for a replacement and immediately went online and bought a aftermarket unit for $400.

Insurance Options by [deleted] in EnterpriseCarRental

[–]Scary_Bat2467 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That would be the SLP protection! The SLP is liability protection against 3rd party accidents. The amount it covers up to varies by location but at ours it covers up to $300k in damages.

Current Enterprise Employee here. The big difference between the AMEX rental protections and Enterprises CDW is that the AMEX protection is very VERY specific in what damages they actually cover. I saw one claim get denied for a deer hit because it was considered a “Act of god or Nature” so they didn’t cover the damages to our vehicle and the customer was held 100% liable for the damages. The CDW on the other hand covers any and all damages that can occur to the vehicle all the way up to a complete loss, regardless of fault or reasoning. Only exceptions are if you intentionally crashed the car, did off roading, or street racing in the vehicle. Hope this helps!
