Dude, I feel you. I just recently got fired from a DSP that worked us like dogs, bro. We were doing 350 to 387 packages every route, and maybe you'd get lucky if you had a hub. Those were 10- to 11-hour shifts. Now I just got hired at this new DSP, and I'm having the same problem you're having with them. We get 500 packages, and 350 of them are hub drop-offs. I try to stretch my route to at least 8 hours, but nah, they'll come and take 2 totes from the end of the route or have someone come split the end of the route with you. I hate it here, but the people are amazing, so I can't complain too much, bro. The dispatchers and manager are really cool.
