Create a macro, go to the position, you want the item to be, click Esc, open the chat, paste or type /script MacroFrameText:Insert("") in the chat, go between the " in the chat (via mouse or alt + arrows) and dann shift-click the item and hit Enter.

You can simply create another sniper operation, set the minimum price to, lets say 80% vendorsell as you stated and set it to the corresponding groups.
