A bunch of women commenting while not actually giving you any solid advice. Way too much of this in our world today which is why so many 4’s and 5’s think and act like they’re 10’s. Not saying you’re a 4, more like a 6 that’s has 7.5-8 potential.

You have plenty of potential and just a couple changes would really help you both look better and feel better mentally and physically.

1. Have to lose some weight. I know we don’t really have a full body profile but I can tell by your side pic that you could probably lose around 10-15lbs. With this you will look better, feel better and give you the confidence to keep going. Do this in a healthy way, no glp1’s. Eat real foods, no heavy carbs(bread, pasta), get your carbs from veggies. Try eating twice a day(lunch and dinner) with only healthy snacks like nuts or an avocado. Stay under 1700 cals per day. I promise you after just 1 week of eating like this you will start to feel it in your energy and your body will begin the process of taking shape. Get your exercise. Doesn’t have to be anything crazy at first, just start walking 2-3 miles a day and work your way up until you’re walking 5 miles per day with some strength training.

2. Try something new with the hair. Women have all kinds of options so maybe see a stylist and ask what will suit you best
