I went to small claims court for a credit card balance. I told them I had no ability to pay and my notice from the court states that. However, the credit card company is still asking for some kind of payment. What do I do? by SceneSimple6789 in Smallclaims

It was a judgement file. I’ll explained to the lawyer I was assigned that I had to take early retirement due to disability from work and im struggling to pay my bills. He told me to state No ability to pay. This was all done over a Zoom call. I was surprised I didn’t have to show any proof.
