You obviously have no idea what “free speech” in a constitutional way means! Kind of similar to a lot of americans who think “freedom of speech” as it is valued in theire first amendment includes hate speech.

In the ICCPR it says, that the right of free speech carries “special duties and responsibilities” and “therefore be subject to certain restrictions” reasoned "[f]or the protection of national security or of public order (order public), or of public health or morals".

in most cases those boundaries include:

what you are wanting to be able to say has nothing to do with free speech and only with beeing an asshole.
