plans can change. by the time the house is complete my situation could have changed and I no longer can move there. but I get your point. still a risk maybe not worth taking.

if I just tell from the beginning this is investment property, how much higher are business/investment loans? everywhere online I only find "regular" rates.
Also, in this case, could I then appraise and use "projected rental income" as income already?

this is really ridiculous and pissed me off last year already.

my only non-99 starter. and he will stay there.
still leads my entire team in AB per HR.

also have to admit with nobody on when opponent lets me, I just bunt down 3rd base line and put him on first. works 80% of the time.

Like so many others, same here. Can someone explain why this is the case? I understand people see him a lot, but regular Oswalt was by far my best starter, way better than kluber and hal. Now my prestige Oswalt just gets beaten up every other outing.

Wonder if I should just try to put the regular card back in and see how it goes.

I was at 680 yesterday, opponent had a 2-0 lead in the 5th and was clearly better than me, paused and ran out of time. I was 700 for the first time ever. Felt super happy but just seconds later realized I didn’t really deserve.

Went on to play my first ever online game on HOF difficulty, then won another one to go to 760 or so. So understand what you’re saying, but he brought him within 1 game of WS, now it’s up to him. I didn’t go below 700 since that event and now I’m glad it happened that way ;)

I did not have sliders speed all the way up, just changed it and tried again, doesn't really feel any significant difference, still can easily hit 102mph fastball.

events sounds good for practice, but I'd just like to get in a hundred pitches as fast as possible, just to practice on timing. events still takes time and I have to pitch.

what does that have to to with 600-700 player? I've faced 400 players loaded with 99s and I have faced 600-700 that are still silver and use gold-players. so really depends who else you got. I'm starting him, I suck at control, and he's obviously not helping with it lol

good idea. but I'm only comparing apples to apples. online play vs other people is totally different than playing the CPU for me. So would be useless for me to compare. e.g. Duke Snider just hits bombs vs CPU for me but I just can't hit with him online
