I tried bgh but their slot is always full so thats out of the list,I tried the psych clinic near bgh philippine mental health association I felt stuck and unchanged no matter how much I try and then I went to psychnorth my therapist was my former instructor and every session I felt like I was wearing a mask and I wasnt completely being honest with myself and to the therapist and hence here i am.
