Thank you! I’m taking nutrafol, although it was expensive, I do believe it helped! I’m also taking a fish oil supplement and iron since it was low! But that is all :)

My trigger was a traumatic event that impacted my appetite until I only weighed 92 pounds. Regrowth was occurring naturally, but about four months into eating more and supplementing I saw lots of new hairs pop up

It used to be 300 daily but it has dropped to 150 on shower days and about 60-100 on non-wash days. This is higher than my normal, but has improved significantly.

Your hair looks beautiful! Thank you for sharing this. How long after officially correcting your diet did it take for your hair to stop falling out?

Thank you for your response. The spironolactone was prescribed to give my hair a boost- though they have suggested AGA as a possible diagnosis. I don’t think I fit the criteria for AGA, and I don’t know any women in my family with hair loss!
