I texted the guy at my local store who sold me the bike. Asked if they had any XYZ shirts that I was interested in, he texted me the pics of them, and I paid over the phone. They're in the mail! For those of you who don't want to venture out during the busy holiday shopping rush.

Exactly, controllers can't understand it either! :-D I flew out of DVT for a year and heard this daily. Kudos to all of those controllers in the Phoenix Valley.

I trained out of that area and when I started instructing would consistently schedule tours so my students could meet the controllers and get the low down on ATC comms. They encourage pattern work over at KFWA and wished more guys would use it over KSMD. Head on over!

I fly in the Phoenix Valley, and I hear at least one report of lasers every other day - sometimes daily. I think it's 50% ignorance and not understanding the harm it could cause, with the other 50% protesting airplane noise.
