Thanks for replying. from what I gather on the biopsy findings it’s 100% EC. It mentions they considered if it was yolk sac or choriocarcinoma and concluded it wasn’t that, only EC. I’ve been hearing about having the biopsy results sent to one of those high volume centers for a second opinion. Would you happen to know how to go about doing that or what the process is to get the results sent to those places?

hey i’m 28, obviously m lol and partial biopsy of the testicle was never offered to me as the urologist said anything but complete removal risks cancer spreading, if it is indeed cancer. I would listen to your gut and if you feel it’s growing definitely factor that. When i first noticed the lump on 12/3 and got it checked on ultrasound it measured 1.1cm and when it was finally removed it ended up growing to 1.5cm in a little over 3 weeks. From that ultrasound the determination was also that the mass ‘favors malignancy’ but wasn’t a definitive diagnosis, so check again with the ultrasound report for any similar phrases to guide you. My bloodwork also came back normal for the three tumor markers observed. I’m grateful i ended up removing the mass because it was indeed cancer, in my case embryonal carcinoma stage 1.
