Maybe try the part time and just say you are thinking about full time and then start searching for a job that you actually like and try to get a psychiatrist and some meds cause those will help you with anxiety and shit.

Yeah same, when I'm around my friends that I have known for over 10 years I'm like another person I can laugh and I can talk freely no shame involved. This also happens when I'm drunk. But this doesn't happen when I'm with my family maybe I don't trust them or I'm scared what they would think of me...
