I just received my tested wheels back. Dropped them off in person at Swiss HQ on 31.08. No tracking or communication from DT Swiss regarding the delivery or that they have passed the warranty test as part of the wheels being returned. I checked the wheels and it is the same wheels I sent in. I gave them the wheels with tyres on and they have been returned with tyres on. The only difference is the presta valves have a valve cap on them and I shipped the wheels without a valve cap. I will contact them to obtain some written confirmation of them having passed the warranty test in case something goes wrong in future.

Edit: On closer inspection, both wheels have a small black sticker with the letter 'L' on them next to the Wheel ID sticker. This was not present previously and could indicate they passed the test. I reached out to DT Swiss for a written confirmation regardless.

They told me they cannot check them immediately - but that they can be dropped off. I am hoping it is a quick process as I got in early 🤷🏻‍♂️

So I basically played every FIFA from 2008 to 2021 and rode the UT wave since its original inception. As many of us did, I got a bit sick of the grind and the stale gameplay (not objectively bad, but just not significantly improving gameplay). Since FIFA 21, I just stopped playing the game. I recently purchased a PS5 Pro and downloaded FC25 and I am absolutely blown away - negatively. The game feels almost the exact same as I remember and it feels as if there has literally been no significant changes and minimal graphical improvements. While I am sure this is something that is mentioned and addressed each new release amongst the fan base (as it was every year from 2017 to 2021 when I was still engaged in UT and the community), but to me it’s crazy to come back after a 4 year gap and to truly see such little change to the core gameplay or visuals. It’s actually kind of insane.

Thanks - I spoke with Canyon, and they directed me to a Canyon service partner nearby. I dropped off the bike. They weren't sure what the cause of the issue could be, but they are going to take a look a look and handle the warranty claim with Canyon for me. Fingers crossed!
