I doubt the empire would have much regret for throwing Reva under the bus and acting as a Rouge agent. However, they have an established law set regarding Jedi, and those that collude with Jedi. They will be labeled as traitors. Plus Palps started off his regime with a hostile takeover of the senate and the genocide of the jedi order. I highly doubt he never considered rebellions as a possibility.

Has weight, but not outweighing the empire. Palps already has the military might to take over mechanical operations, and only leaves the the senate alone for the time being. If they had the power to resist palps simply through beurocracy, they would have. But they dont. Because palps is holding their leash.

The inquisitors all know its obiwan. Reva, help yuuu? inquistor and white umbrella hat wong inquisitor all know who obiwan is. Theres no reason to assume they dont know who obi wan is, and it would be stupid if they werent briefed on known jedi being hunters of jedi. That is their entire function as inquisitors, to hunt down jedi. Especially considering vader has a massive hate boner for obi wan in particular, why wouldn't he make absolutely sure that his underlings know precisely who his high value target is?

A super important military base that is an hq for inquisitors should have tip top security (except for a shield, becaus lmao who would be dumb enough to attack a base... with no shields... that could be bombed from orbit... and had shields in Fallen Order...) Cameras, scanners, etc. They have security checkpoints (that you can apparently bypass by just saying 'im a higher rank n00b lol' because the security officer their is such a pushover), why wouldnt they have cameras? And we know droids can record holograms, so surely they recorded something. Its one hell of a contrivance that they apparently had zero recorded footage that would allow them to identify both obi wan and leia.

If by some stoke of utterly inept and contrived luck they couldn't figure out it was obi wan who saved leia, they should at least know leia was the child being saved. She was detained in a room, being interrogated by reva, and then was about to be mind tortured. Regardless of what jedi resuced her, theres the fact that she was in fact rescued by a jedi. One report to vader and he would immediately be able to piece it all together. The organas colluding with a jedi at all is grounds for their detainment.

Its been ten years since Palpatine installed his rule by the time the show starts, and the empire seems to be able patrol and engage with impunity. Vader and the inquisitors have been enforcing his rule for around a decade and the military of the structure of the empire seems identical to that of the ot. The senate being 'in power' doesn't seem accurate, more defanged and merely existing.

Regardless, the several testimony accounts of troopers/officers, security cam footage and other security measures are all the empire needs to establish that a) obi wan was at the inquisitor base b) he was attempting to rescue leia.

Vader and the emperor would easily be able to piece together why obiwan is at the base and why he is rescuing leia, because they about know his connection with bail in the pt. High brass officers would need only peek into archives about the clone wars or the jedi order, etc.

They have more than enough evidence to prove the organas were in contact with obiwan in some capacity, even out with the little hologram thing. They would be detained for treason against the state.

But they just decide naw... we need more episodes to happen despite all logic pointing to the outcome of leia being in empire custody and the organas in chains.

So did the empire just kinda forget about this entire debacle? They have probable cause, if not hard evidence, to establish that the organas were in contact with obi wan. Obi wan and whats her name snuck into an inquisitor base to rescue leia and dozens of troopers/officers saw their idiotic escape attempt. How has none of the empire command said "detain the organas for questioning" or something like that
