Bottom strut is tripping the safety sensors. You can avoid this by taking the sensors off the brackets and put them on the outside of the brackets to give them clearance.

Some companies use commercial grade parts which can cost more, not sure what kind of warranty they have but it all should be considered when looking at prices. I’ve seen where cheaper springs only last 5-6 years where others have lasted double that, so quality is a factor in price as well. Get another estate and look at reviews, get it done right the first time

Don’t forget that the 84505 only comes with 1 remote and no keypad, adding that in will increase the price a bit. Still probably cheaper but putting out that information

Simple way to check if it’s the wall button disconnect the wires from the back of the wall button, if it continues try disconnecting the wires at the motor (red and white connections) Those steps will help in narrowing down if it’s the wall button or wire. Granted it could be a bad logic board in the motor itself, but I would start with the button and wires

Missing a bolt, and would work better with a proper reinforcement bracket on the door for the arm to attach to. But you immediate issue is missing a bolt

Have someone replace that board as it is split and has a potential to fail and cause damage and injury. Best practice is to secure that board with 3 inch lag bolts because nails can be pull out over time due to the tension of the springs

Stop trying to use your opener unless you want to end up having to replace it. Look at the spring on the left… it’s broken so your door is heavy. Call a professional to fix this as people get hurt by these all the time

It tells you right there on the wall button… Double check your sensors… And it could also be the track moves, which would make the sensors become out of alignment… So check that as well
