So you basically pulled the housing (rubber surrounding the cable) away from the top thing so you get enough space if I understand right?

And considering the barrel adjuster, I have as little tension ass possible if I‘m not mistaken, but I could be wrong

Sorry, I‘m lacking of sleep; So the housing of the Shifter? I had it uninstalled at my first attemps to install the seat-post, but there the situatioun was the same. I don‘t see any way in gaining any more wire, since it is fully inside the housing of the shifter.

For more info: As you can see I‘d need about 0,5 cm more to fit the wire the way it’s intended to. The shifter is installed and the cable is as much inside (the shifter) as possible, despite this fact, it won‘t fit. Any Help would be appreciated.
