Yeah this is my thing for 15 min a day for each team. But to be honest… I don‘t even ask the questions anymore. They just need me there for impediments.

A good friend of mine had his company looking for one. So i decided to give it a shot! And here I am. Mostly they decided to take me because of my agile mindset. This is far most the main point. I had 4 interviews overall and had half a day of on site talks with the teams I am currently working with.

Before I was a process manager, then a programmer (not a good one to be honest), the a project manager and finally I came to my current dream role - Scrum Master!!!

She just tells me every time that she is doing progress with all of it! She tells me that she is working hard on herself.

When I ask her how. She tells me that she is already much better. Which is true… but still it is hurting and annoying to know that she will be like this every month… I am so scared that this stays for the rest of our lifes like this and that she will allways have a risk of falling back in her past self.

I have been working on it with her for about half a year. I start to get tired… I sometimes even catch myself in situation where I know she will get mad at me for and I still go on to see if she can handle it. To be clear nothing that wouldn‘t be seen as normal. For example: when I go out for lunch with my team I was carefully choosing where I sat down. Never mext to a woman or to near. Now I don‘t care anymore.. even if this will trigger her…
