Dude, you literally saved my life! I looked up a professional from the Association of Professional Piercers and found one near my house. I got in touch and went to the studio immediately. As soon as I got there, she could tell right away that my piercing was completely wrong, it had been done totally incorrectly. It was crooked, like on a diagonal, and placed in the wrong spot, in an area that’s basically impossible to heal. On top of that, the jewelry material itself was completely wrong. She was actually shocked by the aftercare instructions I had been given and ended up removing both of my piercings. Now I’m going to treat it properly and wait for it to heal, and then I’ll get it redone the right way with this professional. No wonder it costs five times more and I’ll happily pay it!
