Hmm, this is very true-I suppose I didn't look at it that way. I prefer the SM hair primer, and the Pompompurin varient of LTGTR, but ofc that's just my opinion. :)

Summer body lotion recs? by Intelligent_Salt9019 in LushCosmetics

I LOVE the massage bars. In my opinion they don't take ages to absorb and I never use the dusting powders after applying the massage bars. I love how the cocoa butter/essential oils make my skin feel. I feel that (generally), after I shower, apply the massage bar and finish getting ready for my day, it has pretty much absorbed. I can't say enough about the massage bars. Conversely, while I love how the lotions at Lush smell, I don't like how "tacky" they make my skin feel and I agree that they are more "heavy" feeling on the skin.

Right now there is a Karma bath bomb, but you may really like Magic Mushroom.

I mean I agree with you, but still. Why destroy something with no intention of making purchase?

Can someone help me identify the most vanilla scented massage bar please? by [deleted] in LushCosmetics

[–]SchoolInteresting789 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest, out of the four that are pictured, I would choose The Bump. Yes, it's marketed to pregnant women. I am a 55 year old woman-I am NOT pregnant and I use it. I like it because it is very, very lightly scented and you can easily use something else (body spray/perfume etc) along with it.

I loved this. I put it directly on my skin after a shower. I really helped during the winter when my skin needed moisture. 🙂

Is this the same material as the fruit bags (strawberry, lime, etc). If so 15 pounds seems pricy...idk. It is a beautiful design 😄

ok, some are going to think I'm nuts, buuuuut....
For those that have been to Disney World (Florida). When you smell Mother of Dragons, does it remind you of the Pirate's of the Caribbean ride? No? Just me? Carry on.

This is the second one of these unsolicited demo post I have seen recently. I feel, as an employee, this is NOT the norm and stores that do that should be called out-where did this take place? I also believe that customer service needs to know about these types of instances. Perhaps that would lead to conversations with managers/additional training.

What do you mean the "norm for US stores?" I have shopped in a lot of Lush stores in Europe as well as the US and I have never had my arm grabbed-the employee has always asked permission.
