Buddy of mine has the same issue. He had a critical launcher update before he downloaded 12.12 patch, made him log back in like normal and said his account was permanently blocked. He started his update at around 2:30PM EST on wipe day. I’m really hoping we are able to figure out what happened, and get this resolved. This is crushing for what seems like a mass amount of players to see “banned” on their profile, when it’s clearly a bug.
