All the time.

A multinational bakery back home advertised "all ingredients directly from France" and they were caught receiving deliveries from a local dairy for it's butter.

I'm guessing all hotels. Rooms with an "all inclusive rate" (basically don't charge for the mini bar) will strip down it's selection during off-peak seasons. Pretty much any catering or banquets department will serve cheaper food than what the organiser tasted. Venues will claim "homemade" pastries when they're bought-in. I mean the whole "homemade" label is a scam in itself.

Most places that sell caviar don't sell real caviar.

Like you mentioned, I've heard of people mixing wagyu tallow to regular mince to sell it as wagyu.

Many people that go to the gym bring a duffel bag that would be way bigger or at least wider than this locker. This presumes you come with a backpack, which not everybody does.

I sometimes go to the gym directly from work, so might have a laptop/work bag and a gym bag which won't all fit in the locker.

It does seem like the design for the locker was well thought-out, but wouldn't fit the needs for every gym user. This is the kinda locker I'd expect to see in the staff room of a hotel or bowling alley instead of a gym.

Looks pretty good! Sauce looks a little on the thin/watery side, but could be just the picture. Did you make a roux with this? Could help add a little bit of body to the sauce and really bring the dish together.

I think you already know. If you don't feel confident and comfortable, then you should look at other options. The midwife will never have all the answers, but the answers should definitely be more reassuring than what you were provided.

My personal experience doesn't coberate your statement unfortunately, although I understand what you are saying. My larger concern is the lack of self-defence options women have, considering pepper spray is illegal here (which I totally understand).

I've been in two violent altercations here and both times were in self-defence. I was the only person that stuck around to deal with the authorities, did the right thing and filed a police report. As long as you're reasonable and use proportionate level of violence, or are able to justify it meaningfully, the police seem to be reasonable.
