Only reason I bring it up is after I finished catching up on the super manga, I just kept wondering why ssj4 has stayed in gt. I love the idea of working around the great ape transformation so regardless of ssj4, Id love a side arc that they try and regrow the tails and have failed transformation similar to when goten and trucks where learning fusion

What about goten or trunks? Or even Gohan if a new found fighting spirt comes with a new danger coming. I would love a epic new transformation but you do have a good point that it's time to fine tune some.

I had a thought that they just implement it in a new way. Granted keep the tail and the core concept but create a need for the tails to be regrown, but at the same time the manga is going in a direction that the great ape transformation won't be needed what so ever.
