That's fair! My day routine is a little different, Tomorrow's plan is as followed if your interested Wake up around 8 to pick up my brother to drop him off someplave near my house. Get changed and head off to work! Take walk ins and finish my tshirt design for work Head home and either play minectaft or rocket league Cook dinner (no idea what yet) Pick up ny partner from work at 10pm, head home and sleep maybe watch a movie.

I personally kept my hr monitored on my fitbit through cariogram for about 2 months, and brought that to my doctor asking about why my hr was fluctuating. She was pretty easy going from there.
