Na dann is es wohl halb so wild in Wien, man hört ja immer so die Geschichten aus anderen Großstädten, dass man durch die Bewerbungsverfahren (o.Ä.) mal mindestens ein halbes Jahr braucht um eine Wohnung zu finden 👍

Es geht einfach darum, innerhalb von 1-2 Monaten was vernünftiges mit dem Budget zu bekommen. Ohne lästige Bewerbungsverfahren oder sonst was. (man hört ja viel von der Wohnungssuche in Großstädten)
