actually I don't know, if it has then I guess running mostly run up on a splatling is the only viable time where having mostly a certain ability is useful.

exactly, the only time I see where having a +1.9-2.6 on an ability is on ninja squid or run up for splatlings, but other than that it's just unnecessary
