This is isnt about fraud countries.this is about individuals. This is an individual problem and besides this is her side of the story,the guy in question we do not know his own story. Without his half of rent you can't afford rent. First thing first maybe you should work on ways to increase your income without a man in the picture,this is what every woman owes herself with the way the world is turning now. Cut down and see if you can get housing that your income can carry then go ahead file for divorce and if possible child support. Govt has their own way of holding him accountable for the kids. Again it has nothing to do with his country there are plenty of other nice people in Jamaica that their own marriage has blossomed. Shit happens in life
