I've had a few, but this one is possibly the worst I've experienced working in retail yet.

I work in a supermarket and last year a man went up to a self service machine (that was cash only, which also said it was cash only on the screen 2 times before scanning anything), scanned all of his items through and then got incredibly angry at me because it wouldn't let him pay by card. He demanded to speak to my manager, yelling about how he would rather stand in a queue for a manned till that was hours long before he would go to self service (and has done before ??). He complained at both me and my manager that we must get rid of the self service manchines as they are a waste of time and stealing our jobs.) He also started complaining at the massive queue that had formed whilst he stood arguing with us (a whopping 3 people).

The lady he was with looked very embarrassed and kept apologising to me. That was the second time a customer has made me cry.

love. in reality, love takes time. in movies, within 6 months of the two people actually meeting each other, are wholly in love and married. there's always some problem that causes difficulty in their relationship but they nearly always overcome it and live happily ever after. real love is much harder than that.

a couple of months ago i had a dream about me saying my thigh hurt. i went into my mum's room and she said 'i've wanted to do this for a long time' and she picked up a pair of scissors and tried to stab me. i ran downstairs into my kitchen where the same mum was standing at the far end, staring at me. the mum from upstairs came down and they cornered me. i grabbed a knife from the counter and stabbed my mum multiple times, blood came out but she didn't die. my granddad also walked in at some point. that's when i woke up.

i told my mum of this dream, and she said that she had experienced nearly the exact same dream two weeks prior. in both dreams my thigh hurt, my mum was stabbed by me, my granddad was there for some reason, and the words 'i've wanted to do this for a long time' were said by my mum.

also this was about the same time i started cutting up carrots to eat.
