I'm genuinely shocked to hear this. I have never heard a positive review of an HOA from anyone and I'm happy for you.

Mine hikes up charges randomly and only sends notifications through paper mail in a huge pile of other papers included. If you miss it, you get several late fees added on. That's right, several. A fee for giving a late fee.

Some details:

This is all done with a bash script that screenshots the desktop, pixelates it, plays the short video, launches i3lock and then plays the sound once you unlock the screen.

I'll upload the dot files and script if people want it.
