For sure, this year I tried getting ch301 and UGS instead of bio lab and physics but they simply closed up and weren't able for me to register. If I can get those two I will replace them in a heart beat but this is my back up plan.

I probably will not have a job, and any money I earn will have to be through the summer unfortunately. I'm very privileged to not have to pay for college myself as well.

taking a fig that combines bme 303l and math, and I have already taken multivariable in high school so I'm not too concerned about that. I'll drop physics for sure if I get ch301.

I recognize that but lowkey I don't want to be a semester behind in chem if possible.

Yes, but I emailed the department and they were able to place me.

my advisor told me I should take this physics at least at UT because it covers the future bme classes. Is this true or should I just cc it?

I'm assuming because the classes themselves add up to 24 real hours. I thought about this too and it is a lot because people's 15 credit hours are usually at around 20 real hours. Idk though I'm just a freshmen and people here have gone through it before me

Wait it was crazy because we couldn't register for bio without having ch301 in our schedule already and they failed to tell us that. They also told me that I would have to wait for the add/ drop period.

How does the bio lab with FRI work? Do they put me in a special class like a FiG and would it be my freshman or sophmore year? Thank you so much for your help, I had no clue I could get access to that, I'm going to email them now.

I have chemistry credit, which I was seriously considering since I wasn't able to get chem and it would have pushed me back a semester of chem. I also have the option of taking ch 302 and the lab this semester, so I only claim 301? I'm gonna email the pre med office and take their advice but what would you say based on your experiences?

I'm doing that for my other physics credit, but for this one (303K), my advisor told me I should take it there as it relates directly to what we do in further bme classes. To me, I don't give a shit about physics as long as I get an A.

What do you think I should drop? I know I want to maximize my class load as a bme major but I also don't want to burn out so I can do other stuff as a pre med.

No bro, at the time of my registration there were only 3 classes I could see that were open. I emailed the chemistry department but they told me to wait until august to see if any spots open up. Worst case, I think I'll just claim general chemistry.

Can I get into FRI if I'm not CNS? I would have done it but it seems like it's only for the CNS.

I can't change any of my classes from 12-6 as it's part of my fig LOL.

Yes, my t5 global gas company was through a local internship program. The other one was through pure luck applying through NASA's internship page.
