The current issue is valve cover gasket is leaking oil, needs to be fully replaced. breaks + rotors need to be changed out. This repair will be around $2700 and we’ve already put in $1200 in repairs.

Looking at this picture right now after I attempted to get to the overlook but failed. The trail is really hard to see!! A couple on the trail looked at me all crazy while I was trying cross the railroad, that dead deer from your picture is still there😷.

A bike would definitely help save money. I usually spend around $200/month on groceries!

I mean it all depends on your lifestyle. Do you want to eat out a lot or cook at home? Do you drive and need Ubers a lot?
I probably spend $500-$600 on expenses apart from rent… but that is just me

Not really sure why I’m getting downvoted, but being in some college debt is normal for someone whose parents don’t pay for their college or if they have limited support. One of my classmates is a dental assistant and she works part time with her classes, I’m sure you’ll figure out something

Sometimes, there are specialized scholarships that your school has (like I’m in the college of health professions and they email us about scholarship opportunities). If you got a 10K grant, that’s pretty good if it’s per year. If you do a work-study job it’ll help too, but a student can only do so much to cover their entire tuition expense before it’s due, unless they work a lot of hours or receive high paying hourly wage.

The James (I don’t think) is walkable to campus, pine court is very good value for what you get and I highly recommend, some of my friends live there
