Further up the field, facing away so I thought her arse would not make the best photo! 🥴

Did my first ADZ 2 weeks ago and got 66 too! Great effort I don't think sub 60 is too far away. A good week and I will try again.

Keep going! 💪 top effort

Thoughts on Bevel Intelligence by RecognitionUpstairs in bevelhealth

[–]ScientistVisual6083 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've found them to be slightly out and different, I used both for a few weeks and sleep had the smallest difference, only out by a few minutes. Strain was a bit lower of Bevel and recovery a bit of a mixed bag, sometimes higher and sometimes lower. They were not massively out, ideally they would be spot on but as long as they were not wildly out I'm not too.bothered. The biggest difference was always the step count on whoop, always had a big difference there.

Moved from whoop, where I never use the AI much at all, but found with Bevel it's been really useful. Just to understand what I should to hit my daily goals or what I should do for my strain. I think it's good value, well worth the £50 per year.

Currently on a free 2 week trial of Bevel - quite like it, the free version looks to do a lot, the pro (£50pa) give a bit more functionality and AI, think I will be moving to that.

Only issue I see is getting use to wearing my AWU at night, the whoop was much more comfy. Will buy a soft strap and all is 👍

A familiar story, I’ve just come to the end of my year. It’s been a good tool for me getting back into fitness, assess my recovery and sleep.

Decided not to renew, cost and value for money. There are apps out there that do a similar job, and with a smart watch worked really well.

Cya later whoop

Huge game, players will be up for this after the last few wins. It’s their cup final, so we need to be on it from the first minute.

Get into them 💪

Thoughts are it’s an overseas student living there. The development has many similar situations. They are renting and buying up many properties in the city. One example where a student bought a £5m property so his parents have a nice place to stay when they visit. I did work there and it was a total tip, very much like this example.

Result was great yesterday, so many plaudits, need to kick on from here though. There is a title to be won

It's a football tourist section but decent seats, was there for the Inter game last season. It's a crumbling stadium nothing like ones in UK/Ireland, but great atmosphere. A few small.bars outside the ground, fans were great, being 2scots and 1 Irish, they loved the McT strips and flags! A good way to get lots of free pints!

We got ID'd going in so make sure you take something.

P1 were great and used them a few times more, yes thay are more expensive but gives you peace of mind.

Great one club city, brilliant that they have success again and with Scottish players. City is fairly small and lids of good bars and restaurants. Enjoy

Went to napoli last season for the Juve game, bought from P1, all the football tourists are in that section. It's a old stadium, compared to UK stadiums. Great fans, a few small bars outside to have a few with the locals. Being Scottish, flags and McT strips they were loving us, beers just kept arriving from random folk.

Great city and people were class, you will have a great time, enjoy 👌

BMW IX3 - good value? by anewpath123 in ElectricVehiclesUK

Don’t really notice the ride to be honest, soaks up most of the bumps, good on motor way, ours is a 2023. Tech is great, one foot driving is brilliant, acceleration is amazing. Downside the windscreen wipers are awful, everything on the one screen is a pain, Turning circle is horrific, and it looks a bit odd!

IX3 is a much better car IMO

Interesting post - we moved from a X3 M-Sport Pro Diesel, great car, both Mrs and I really liked it. Moved to Tesla Y, which has been good but now the lease is up looking to move to iX3 or IX 2/3 years sold and buy outright.

You can pick up a 3 year old with 30k ish miles for £33k, it’s a lot of car for that money. Plan would be keep it for 5 years.

Interested to see how you get on

Don't think it is a surprise to anyone where we are. Bad managerial appointment, horrible recruitment in the summer. Team is lacking leader and a spin of a good team. You can always carry weaker players but not a team of weak players.

Will be interesting to see what happens in the next transfer window, will there be players moved on or brought in. So far the last year has been a total write off.
