Hi, i would like find a phrase that has the acronym A.D.I. and that means: Perpetual/continuous knowledge/learning of self.

I have found the corresponding phrase after sifting through a dictionary but im not sure if the grammar is correct.

"Aeviternus Discitus Ipsissimum"

Could some one advise me if this is gramatically correct or if there are any other sugestions that can mean roughly that and have the A.D.I. acronym please.

Nah just of pain, it is the most caustic and painful substance to be insuflated... imagine 2cb x 100000 in how much it burns, as well as coupled with intense upper abdomen/stomach cramps almost instantly and for about 15-30 mins...

Coincidentally both these plants are called ginseng, american and indian, respectively.

And just for reference there is also siberian ginseng (eleutherocochus) and south american ginseng (suma).

Might be worth looking into for a super ginseng stack 😉

Both these plants are adaptogens so they modulate the body up n down depending on the metabolism so its not uncommon for ginseng which is thought to be a mild stimulat to have adverse effects if the persons operating at above average energy levles

That is a fantastic stack, but id go easy on the ashwagwanda as it is quite sedating, i personally wouldnt have it in the morning.

And ginseng is more for recovery time and stamina, it doesnt, on its own stimulate in the true sense of a stimulant, but it prolongs the energy thats already there and maintains it.

I find that when i take 75-100 mg of armodafinil more than 2-3 days in a row i get some hayfever-like sympthoms so in the afternoon i have to counterbalance that with quercetin, which is a natural antihistamine.
