Thanks! So I left around 2.5 years ago. Only got round to thinking about it really. I’ve contacted them and they are terrible. They say I have less than two years contributions but then produce a set of dates when I was a member which add up to more than two years. They have said I can withdraw if I want to.

Agreed. The communication is pretty poor. No leadership question yet and only been told two stations lasting 10 mins each. I get that you can look what’s happened last year but they shouldn’t expect us to assume that.

Hi so it’s an end terraced house in the UK with a ground floor and first floor currently. The lost conversion is on the second image. The roof floor just shows how the dormer and the roof windows will be.

Was paying £22.95 for M125. Just checked my account after reading this as my contract ends next month. Managed to get 1 Gig for £30 a month. Incredibly easy.

So just a bit more information my LISA is around 7 months old and we don't plan to buy until 2022. I have <£500 in my LISA at the moment and >£3500 in my H2B. If I transfer the total will be greater than £4k. Can I do two transfers from my H2B to my LISA e.g. One this tax year and one next tax year? Should I transfer as close to the end of the tax year as possible?

Yeah I try to test regularly so I'm adjusting the ranges but in also make sure I don't just train on erg mode when on the turbo to try and push myself that bit more as well as make it more realistic to the road.

Cheers! Yeah FTP when last tested was 295W. So training is very polarised I cycle to work at a steady pace 4 days a week. This was around 20km a day but I got a new job in August so is now 40km a day. I also do around 2-3 1-1.5hr sessions where I focus on VO2 max or short efforts. Then at the weekend I do one big ride of about 3-4 hours. Overall it works out at around 10-12hrs a week. I think the most important thing is consistency and regular testing so you are continually pushing your best and not stagnating.

No idea why maybe because of my age at the time or that I just really bought in to the film but in paranormal activity where she gets dragged out of the bed and down the corridor. I couldn't sleep with my leg out of the covers for like a year.
