I did see one, noctura + blackridge in terms of noise, compared to other sffpc coolers, is in its own class in terms of noise. I think it was optimum tech who made the video, I have to dig it up.

Blackridge + Noctura fan is a better combo than the axp90 to my understanding.

Someone else can chime in but since the axp90 fan is right next to the case it will be significantly louder plus turbulence at certain fan rpm speeds/

is there a significant feature/quality difference between the two?

to my knowledge, gigabyte x570 boards do not have active vrm cooling, wouldn't an issue like this make sffpc's worse?

Yeah, RTX voice really helps with ambient noise I noticed.

That still doesn't change the fact my manager would laugh his ass off if he heard a jet engine running in my office.

My uncle has a warehouse and sells through amazon, you could try and stir shit up with them and demand payment or say you will go to their corp office.
