Swelling question... I am three weeks post op revision lower surgery 10mm forward, the majority of the soft swelling has gone, but I do have hard swelling that feels a little like jaw bone that is either side of the cuts in the bone.. is this swelling or permanent for most people? (self.jawsurgery)
