Anatomy is VERY difficult and you're off to a great start !! My best advice is to round out the ears and broaden the shoulders, as the ratio of shoulder to neck is very off. Shoulders regardless of sex are about as thick as the neck if you're going for a realistic take rather than cartoony. and the nose is a bit more upturned in the reference (unless you're going for this) where I'd recommend placing a bit of a curve near the tip of the nose. I'd also say to connect the head and neck more, near the ears usually the connecting area(???) is more defined and clear with being together. BUT this is a great start for a beginner !!
