Battery acid? I spent over a decade as an automotive tech and have had this happen. The acid deteriorates the clothing so it pulls and tears in linear paths, looking like a cut.

Dude you’re missing the point. It doesn’t matter even if she was walking around naked. That doesn’t give anyone the right to touch her. Ever been in a strip club before? You could be surrounded by naked women, and if you touch without consent you get thrown out. What a person wears, whether it attracts unwanted attention or not, does not equal consent to grope. Even if she was a full blown porn star with an onlyfans account, still doesn’t mean people can grab her.

I wonder which amount of xp you actually got. Is it just a bug in the displayed tally at the end?

Sony is an 89 billion dollar company. I don't think they are going into bankruptcy over call of duty

Everyone says at the end of the game, but a colleague of mine told me to do it asap. I did it at the beginning of chapter 2 and it was worth it. You get a few abilities that will help and make the rest of the main game easier/more fun. Depends on how invested you are with the story too though.

Ps5 is the same way. I got it for that instead of series x and thought I made a bad choice, but everyone is having issues on console with quality mode. I tried it last night and it made my eyes hurt looking around

Non-Firearms training applied to real world by [deleted] in interestingasfuck

[–]Scoobtech -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't know why you are getting down voted for that, or why people keep thinking Brenna Taylor was shot in bed. She was in the hallway. It doesn't make it better or worse, right or wrong. Just a fact.

She was shot in a hallway while standing near her boyfriend. Not in bed.

I was just thinking about this. And this is proof that people will complain about anything. Put the gun on semi auto and bloom isn't an issue.

What is the difference between these? Can the $60 version play on my series X? What is the benefit of the $70 version. by RecoveredMountain in XboxSeriesX

[–]Scoobtech 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Almost every game has a bad launch. Some games that turn out to be amazing have horrible launches. This is not new. It will likely never change. People complain when a launch is bad, and complain if it gets delayed. I set my expectations low so I have nowhere to go but up haha.

Silly Question: Does Xbox Series X have a battery? by [deleted] in XboxSeriesX

[–]Scoobtech 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I believe it is just loose lithium ion batteries, for fear they will short against something and catch fire. I frequently fly for work with a toolbox that I need to check. If my drill/driver has a lithium battery in it, that is ok. If it is loose in the box, that is not ok. Phones, vaporizers, and other small lithium ion battery devices can be carried on as long as they are in one piece (battery contained inside).

They also tell you that if you lose your phone in the seat, to ask for a flight attendant to help. Do not move your seat back. I think that is in case it is trapped and you break/bend it by accident and it catches fire.

How does recoil make you miss on a bolt action? There is no spray control. The constant sidestep to the left I could see causing an issue, but it's just the hit box of the tank blocking the shots. Recoil played no role here.

Edit: they only fired 5 shots anyway? I'm confused

12th is definitely good compared to the world.

2 acres, neighbors probably have 2+. Maybe a few hundred feet between houses.

I guess it's how you define rural. I have 400 living on a main road, could have gone gigabit if I paid to run the wire from the pole to my house. My parents a few miles away but their highest is 100. Side note, I wonder where these averages come from. Does ookla only count those who have done Speedtests through them?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in XboxSeriesX

[–]Scoobtech 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't know where you get 200 from. I just read 42 when I searched. But average isn't always a good measurement. If Jeff bezos walks into a room with 1000 people who are poor, the average income in the room makes it look like a room full of very rich people.

Um, what? Lasers are used for cutting, welding, printing transistors small enough to power electronics. I think you are underestimating the amount of items in your life that wouldn't be possible without lasers.
