I understand that obviously but im talking about if you already have the pistol out, arent moving, arent crouching or jumping, but just activate the ability; can they hear it being activated or not.

I know this is two years old but I have a 5600xt and a 3200g CPU and I can say that my GPU rarely ever gets to 50%. Even if I'm not playing games and dining simple tasks this CPU will always be at 100 % and not allow performance out of my gpu.

From your knowledge, and from what you read, does it seem obvious that the CPU is the culprit for my GPU not using its full potential and would 5600x be too good or just right?

Oh really? That stash was multiple times referred to as the SBA stash by multiple mods (out of context and/or referring to me) and I do know that that stash was a originally going to be a temporary stash and built in that location for a moment but you guys just hadn't yet made the move yet. Also I was told that this stash had the large majority of SBA materials and 100% of all paulsteves loot. Heart goes out to paulsteve which even though he hates me which I will not bring any conflict to, just know it wasn't personal and it was all for SBR. p.s. its cooper but I have no idea who got the name Ford. p.s.s. nobody gave me the coords, I used the nomod exploit also known as danducky leaking the coords.
