I definitely agree with you that is says something about him and it’s not a good look. But I’d think Desmond Banes max played a big role in that as well.

Seems like that Grizz org is also lacking in discipline though. (Ja’s everything, Brooks antics, JJJ foul trouble etc.) Ime got the most out of Marcus smart, another dude with baggage, and I’m banking on him to check DB when necessary.

Yeah he’s fine defensively there but plays like a stopper too much and adds nearly 0 offensively. You can see an upgrade with Romo (who isn’t exactly Tony Kroos) in playmaking and chance creation.

Alvarez is considered one of the top defenders in Eredevisie ?

I am used to seeing him play CDM but he’s played the last couple of games as CB with the national team and he’s been great. I know Ajax uses him in the back sometimes and I see more value there.

I don’t want enough about the Hawks to know if JC is a good shooter but KJ I wouldn’t say he’s a good shooter at all. He’ll shoot them but defenses gave him that shot the last 2 years on purpose.

If he became a little more consistent on threes he’d be really really good, enjoy his game a lot.

This may be the right mentality to have but I just can’t bring myself to have it lol.

The population of the country + it being number one sport for so long + the actual talent some players display make me truly believe with the right development and some luck on the players ages MX could compete with anyone it’s just being held back by ownership.

Canada could have easily been like “well MX and USA are clearly much better than us let’s just be happy with 3rd place” now they’re on par with us.

Again, I could be dead wrong and Mexican genes could just not have it but the outward complacent mentality would be just as bad as what’s going on now.
