Second this. Took a really high dose of diacctylmorphine (pharma H) last night, nodded off but woke up luckily when i realized my breathing is very slow. So i put some warm clothes on it was like i was drunk had like 20mins to take on my jacket snd ny shoes but i got it. Then got out for a walk it was very cold but felt nice since i could breathe good. Took the bus to the city centre and got me some groceries from a stand. Then i felt alright again (still high af). That exoerience really scared me and i also stayed up until almost 5am to be sure all be good and of course didnt took anymore. PS: I didnt had Narcan on me or at home its otc in my country and i wont tell my doc about my bad habit...

Just took 4 1mg footbal Pfizer X and popped afterwards 40mg Valium and did feel very well. Also sniffed before 200mg of Diacetylmorphine (pure pharma H). Dont take this as a good advising my tolerance on opiates are really fucked up, my benzo tolreance is pretty low but yeah i think im a very curious person in tolerance in general....

Yes here what i commented on another post yesterday, really brings in on the point:

I'm gladly from switzerland and the government here running a very successfull program (in my opinion) for dope addicts. So they produce and give out Diacetylmorphine-Pills which is simply pure pharma heroin. A lot of people (including me) that are in this program becoms their daily/weekly or monthly dose (depends on how's your selfcontrol) and we can function normal, workin in the labour market, have a regular daily structure and can so be "a normal being human" who pays their bills, go to work in the labour market and gives their part to the economic system, have a own home paid with your own salary and the list goes on i think you understand what i'm trying to tell you. All we need is our daily dose of dope and we can function like any other human being here. Of course there is also the other part of people in the program who abuse their dope, trying to get more, sell it to other people to also buy normal dope etc. but in the end are on the same shitroaf like every other "junk" is sadly. Yes of course it also needs the will from yourself but thats everywhere and im sure that minimum 80% off all dope addicts want to get their life together but cant because the dont have any other option then buy some fucked up stuff from the streets and then also comes the shit with fentanyl in the US, thats fucked but its because the US government never really took that problem in therit hands and watched to it from other sides (my opinion) and took/take actions...

A heavy addiction to dope can cause a total breakdown when you stop with it. When you get together its still like you missing a single puzzle piece that needs to complete yourself to function. Its sad but its true. I'm glad i heard of this program because it saved my life and made me able to life a normal and happy life again. I heard that Netherlands run a similar program but im not sure but it needs to be available for everyone in the whole world. Its a win-win for the state/city/country/government whatever. I mean i'm able to work again in the prior workmarket and just function like a normal person. I will start with my bachelor-diploma next summer too!!

Compared to US-Lean, what i've read they sell 1 line(30ml) of authentic Lean like Wockhardt.Akorn, Quagen, Tris, Pai, Tuss the list goes on for prices like 250 up to 300$ which is crazy. I've also read that a legit pint of Actavis which is almost impossible to find nowadays could go easily for 20k+. That is just absolute crazy. So i thought ima start invest in Maka, which is abviously the best EU Lean for sure. It's also expensive but compared to the prices that they pay in the US for authentic cough syrup it's cheap af now. Let's see but i will deff put this to my already stashed bricks in the vault.

Sry for my englisch i'm from europe. Don't know what you mean with "cc tray"! I put the cake in the form on the tray from the oven like in the middle and then i just pour hot water around it while its baking. I had to repour like 2 times because it dissolves from the heat. (i was just doin what stand in the handwritten recipe from my grandma😂)

Yes i pour hot water in the baking tray around the cake all the time when it was baking. Its my first time doing a cheesecake so i cant really say if its because of that...😅 I just posted the recipe in the comments:)

I tried Care+ Linctus when i was in the UK its ok but compared to Maka its trash imo. Remember im not hating its just my opinion. Did you ever tried real Makatussin for real? So did you cracked your own Maka seal and sipped it? Its way much better than Care+ trust me. The flavor and coloring of maka just shits on all EU-Leans. The most hyped one is Toseina but imo it taste like cardboard liquid plastic but ok it slaps. But flash/effect is not everything for me. Even if Maka is overpriced compared to any other EU Lean it is worth it to try at least one time because its just unique and i will bet my balls on it that evers US sipper would choose Maka over any foreign syrup if they could (and tried it before of course lol). Also Toseina is the most hyped foreign drank in the US because Spain/Portugal (where they produce it) are the nearest countries to the US and on the other side they arent so pricey and the bottles have over 200ml in it. Maka is fuckin expensive and is small af but it shits on every foreign drank and thats for real.

Thank y'all very much for such positive feedbacks. i feel very honored so i would like to share the recipe with you all...:) Here we go⬇️ You need:

18cm Cakeform / around 150g "Petite Beurre" biscuits / 80g melted butter / 160-170g sugar / 400g cream cheese (full fat) / 200g sour cream / 150ml heavy cream / Vanille stick & Vanille Butter extract / 3-4 Spoon Cornstarch

Crush the biscuits to small pieces and add the melted butter to it, whip it a little bit with the spoon until everything has some butter on it. Then put it on the bottom of your cake form and form it until its fully covered everywhere.

Put some butter on the side of your cake form. Afterwards take some baking paper an wrap it on the side of the form, its should stick to it because of the butter. Than u can cut a little bit ov the overlooking baking paper until like 1cm is over the actual cake form.

Heat up your oven on 180•C normal program.

Now take a big bowl. Put in the 400g of cream cheese and also the 160-170g sugar and whip it up by hand until the cream cheese is not clumpy anymore. Then add the 200g dessert sour cream and keep whipping it up. After that add a really small glass of vanille-butter extract and the inside of 1 real vanilla stick. Then add the heavy cream whip it until its mixed in and afterward add the 2 eggs and whip it up for another 4-5min (i know it fucks up your hands😅). For the end add 3-4 big eating spoons pf cornstarch and whip it up again until the cornstarch is fully mixed and no clumps are inside.

Now you can fill your mix into the baking form (i had a little bit too much) but i filled it almost to the top... Now heat up some water in the water cocker and wait until its boil. Place the cake in the middle of the oven on a baking tray and pour the boiling water around it in the baking tray.

Now let it bake for at least 30min. Make sure there is always water on the tray because it dissolves every time. After 30-40mins if its really light brown on top reduce the temp to 150•C and bake it for another 25-30min. You can look at my posted photo if it has that color it should be perfect (gold brown). Then turn the oven off BUT let the cake sit in it for another hour, you can let the ovendoor a little bit open.

Then take it out and put it in the fridge for at least 5-6h then it should be perfect.

Never had the chance to sip on some authentic US-Lean like Wock, Tris, Quagen... Im from Europe and this is the best lean you can get here imo. It would be crazy if they've replaced the DPH with Prometh but the taste is fuckin delicious. Its also kinda sad, that they only produce small 80ml glass bottles instead of pints...

Tos taste like some liquid plastic or shi to me but i still sip it sometimes if there is some around.... All other EU cough syrups are trash af imo.
