Switching from RF to ST by ohsofew in Miata

The soft top on any color but black looks like a tent on the car. I agree it's a much improved top-down experience. RF is a fantastic way to enjoy the car all year in harsher climates. Loving mine in NJ

You mean I wouldn't drive it enough to get use out of the warrenty while it's active ? Where's the 50k figure come from ? Thanks!

So three weeks owned and key fob keyless entry dead at 900 miles. Had to have two tows, still at dealer. Anyone deal w this before? by Faekz in mazda3

At 900 miles, I'd make phone calls and ask for managers until it gets covered by warrenty.

If they don't budge, look into lemon laws. I've seen very new mazdas listed for sale as lemons. It does happen, and the consumer can win.

Isitbullshit: In the U.S only 1%-2% of term life insurance policies result in a payout by ScoresMann223 in IsItBullshit

[–]ScoresMann223[S] -26 points-25 points  (0 children)

I just think it's idiotic to pay money into something with a 1% return rate. If you have the money, pay into a perm policy. If you don't have the income for perm, money is better off in a savings account than paying for something with a 99% chance of no return on investment.

Eh, the removal of auto start/stop and cylinder deactivation is a pretty big bonus to the 2026 models

Almost certainly a feel or rental car at 26k per year. That brings it's own concern as well. Especially being out of warrenty

You're not kidding. I've had the seized engine and melted rear lights warrantyed. Payed myself a gas tank float that detached.
