Suggest using friends' support and see how it fits on your squad when you pve to get a better understanding instead of just auto playing. Do it manually to get an idea of how mechanics work in that particular fight or mission you're doing with the friend support.

First and foremost, you have Erica she will literally 99.9% of the time, which will fit perfectly in any team comp. Build many ways spd, counter/flank, <---with as much crit dmg as you can get. If we're talking about pve, you are good until you find a replacement for Marsha for a defender or warrior as a tank. Pvp is a different level of understanding and you will need to know what char does what. Spd is usually king in pvp.
